Delivery & Returns

We endeavour to send out your goods as soon as possible after we have received your cleared payment.

We only use Recorded Delivery as this gives you the guarantee that your watch has been sent, and us the guarantee that you received it.  You can choose first or second class postage.  This service is available at low cost to most destinations in the UK. 

Delivery charges are as follows:

UK First Class (Recorded):         £2.99 - Delivery in 1-2 days

UK Second Class (Recorded):    £2.49 - Delivery in 3-5 days

UK Special Delivery:                     £9.99 - Delivery by 1pm next day (for orders placed before midday)

Europe (incl. Eire):                         £9.00

Rest of World:                                £15.00


Returns

All products carry a twelve month warranty. Faulty products can be returned and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.

You should return any faulty products along with the order number and a description of the fault. If the product is faulty, we will pay for the postage to return it to us (return postage should be at reasonable cost). The delivery address for returns is:
